Kacy’s interest in CrossFit began in 2015 when Josh started training her to compete in her first Open (2016). Her love for CrossFit is fueled by her passion for strength training, yoga and running. Kacy’s method of training involves perseverance in mental and emotional strength in all areas, pushing her clients to new and transformational levels of life. She has attended the CrossFit Level 1 Course, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Kettlebell, and CrossFit Aerobic Capacity courses.

Joshua first discovered his passion for CrossFit back in 2012 while on a deployment to Afghanistan with the army. He has pursued his love for CrossFit ever since. Joshua approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients. He has attended the CrossFit level 1 Course, CrossFit Weight lifting, CrossFit Kettlebell, and CrossFit Aerobic Capacity courses.

CF Level 1. Dustin Shelley started CrossFit about 4 years ago and fell in love with it. He loves how through CrossFit he can easily branch into many sports like skiing, backpacking, and marathon running with relative ease. He enjoys the challenge of helping others achieve their fitness goals. What he really appreciates about CrossFit is how there is always something to learn or work on. When he’s not in the gym, Dustin enjoys going on international adventures with his wife, Brijet.
CF Level 1. Yoga Instructor. Brijet started CF about 5 years ago after playing D-1 Lacrosse. Her competitive nature drew her to the sport, and she loves to face new challenges. Her true compassion is in coaching others. Whether it’s on a sports field, in a gym, or on a yoga mat, Brijet wants to show others how capable they truly are. In her off time, she loves to spend time with her husband, Dustin.
Brandon Neal is a Crossfit level 2 certified coach. He got into
Crossfit in 2010, after searching for ways to get in better
shape to play football. He quickly fell in love with the Crossfit
methodology and the lifestyle. Brandon has been coaching
since 2011 and has a wealth of coaching experience. He
enjoys helping others move well and feel great. Brandon’s
favorite part of coaching is seeing athletes exceed their own
Mike began CrossFit in 2015 while stationed in Orlando, FL. He immediately fell in love with the lifestyle and sense of community that surrounds the sport. As a former multi-sport athlete and member of the Armed Forces, Mike embraces the opportunity to positively impact the larger community through health and fitness. He began his coaching journey in 2018 after relocating to Monterey, CA and making RRCF his home.

Nick is a five-year CrossFit athlete. He holds a passion for CrossFit as it is his therapy. He has been coaching for two years and enjoys sharing the gift of fitness. He is a proud parent of 2 wonderful children. He is a huge advocate for Cannabis and its integrated use in sports. He follows the Ketogenic diet. Hobbies include: Surfing,Singing, gardening, guitar and bagpipe player and professional improv performer.
